To Owners, Tenants and Sub-Tenants of the ArriVa Commercial Property:
Level 1 of the parkade will be cleaned on Sunday, February 25.
Please ensure that all cars are removed from the parkade after 2:00 a.m., Sunday 25th. Cars that remain will result in an added cost to the Condo Board as those areas will need to be cleaned by hand, and of course, those vehicles are at risk of damage from the parkade cleaning equipment. Please advise your cleaning contractors etc.
The Commercial Condo Corp. No 1014767 and its Contractor accept no responsibility for vehicles or other property that are left in the P1 Level of the parkade during cleaning.
