Good afternoon Owners and Tenants of the ArriVa Podium

As per previous notice, the building will remain open for business on Wednesday of this week. The building closure dates for the rest of the year are as per below:

  • Monday August 3, 2020: Heritage Day
  • Monday September 7, 2020: Labour Day
  • Monday October 12, 2020: Thanksgiving Day
  • Friday December 25, 2020: Christmas
  • Friday January 1, 2021: New Years

Modified building hours are in effect, with the building open 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. As always, client codes will open the front doors during published building hours.

Many will have noticed the addition of hand sanitizing stations at all three public elevator lobbies, and of course the AHS signage, that were placed in advance of the “Stage 2 relaunch”. We hope this note finds all ArriVa owners & tenants well, and wish everyone a Happy Canada Day.
