Effective Friday, July 17, 2020, Convergint will be the Maintenance and Emergency Provider for the ArriVA Commercial Condo Board.

After hours emergency calls for items such as flooding, loss of heat i.e. maintenance emergencies, should be made to Convergint: 403.291.3827. The relevant page on this webside has been updated.

Individual businesses that have a current contract with Reggin for maintenance should instruct Reggin to contact info@arrivacommercial.com for access to the general contractor lock box if they require specialized access. Convergint will provide services for all HVAC & plumbing repairs and maintenance for the common property. If individual owners/tenants wish to engage them for their own systems, please contact Convergint directly.
