To Owners, Tenants and Sub-Tenants of the ArriVa Commercial Property:
Level 1 of the parkade AND the back lane will be cleaned on Sunday, April 22.
Please ensure that all cars are removed from the parkade after 2:00 a.m., Sunday 22nd. Cars that remain will result in an added cost to the Condo Board as those areas will need to be cleaned by hand, and of course, those vehicles are at risk of damage from the parkade cleaning equipment. Please advise your cleaning contractors etc.
Please also advise any contractors working on the weekend that there will be NO parking in the lane prior t o noon to allow for sweeping.
The Commercial Condo Corp. No 1014767 and its Contractor accept no responsibility for vehicles or other property that are left in the P1 Level of the parkade during cleaning.
